Lawyer. He obtained his degree from the School of Law of Universidad Católica Argentina.

He conducted post-graduate studies on Economic Administrative Law.

He worked as a foreign attorney at Holme, Roberts & Owen Law Firm, USA. Recognized as an “individual leader” in Competition Law in Argentina by Global Chambers.

Since his first years as a lawyer, he has advised and participated in numerous national and international bidding processes for the privatization of public utilities and/or general interest services.

He has also advised national and international companies on direct and indirect regulations of domestic trade, and has been involved in important cases connected to the prior control of mergers and acquisitions, and anti-competitive practices.
