Lawyer. He graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He is specialized on Tax Law and has attended a Specialized Course on International Taxation at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

He teaches “Public Finance and Tax Law” at the School of Law of UBA and “Tax Law” at the School of Law of UCA. He is also professor of “Administrative and Procedural Tax Law” in the Master´s program on Tax and Financial Law at UBA.

Active member of the Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales [Argentine association of tax studies] and of the International Fiscal Association. He is co-author of the book “Procedimiento y proceso tributario” [tax process and procedure], among other publications.

He has a vast experience on the different areas of tax law, both regarding tax planning and advice, and tax litigation.
