Lawyer. He obtained his degree from the School of Law of Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He attended the Master’s degree in Business Law at Universidad Austral and completed the Executive Program in Agribusiness Management at Universidad de San Andrés.

He participated in several courses including, among others, “Orientation on the U.S. Legal System” at American University (Washington DC) and “Financial Restructuring” at IAE. 

In 2003, he was a foreign lawyer at Holland & Knight LLC in the City of Miami.

His practice is focused on providing advice on corporate matters, international transactions, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, as well as agribusiness and structuring of bank financing and investment projects.
