Nicholson y Cano and Tanoira Cassagne acted as legal advisors in the creation of the “Agrocap 2” Financial Trust

Nicholson y Cano acted as legal advisor to the trustee Banco CMF S.A. (“Trustee”) in the issuance of trust debt securities and certificate of participations under the “Agrocap 2” Financial Trust (“Trust”) for an aggregate total amount of U$S 9,877,842.

Tanoira Cassagne acted as legal advisors of Banco Macro S.A. and Macro Securities S.A., which acted as arrangement and placement agent of the Trust, respectively.

The purpose of the issuance was to fund Alianza Semillas S.A. (“Settlor”), with the assignment in favor of the trust of the credits originated in the sale of agricultural seeds to distributers and producers.
