EGFA Abogados (“EGFA”) once again advised a Empresa Distribuidora de Electricidad de Salta S.A. (“EDESA” or the “Issuer” interchangeably) and TCA advised Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Zofingen Securities S.A., Banco Mariva S.A. and Adcap Securities Argentina S.A. as placement agents (collectively, the “Placement Agents”), in the issuance of the Class 2 Notes for an aggregate nominal amount of US$22,492,616 at a 8.50% rate denominated and payable in US dollars in Argentina, maturing on February 24, 2027.

EDESA is the only electricity distribution company operating in the Province of Salta.
