Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi has helped Argentine oil and gas company Medanito issue notes worth 180 million Argentine pesos (US$13 million).

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados advised the arranger and placement agent for the transaction, which closed on 6 May.
