Abogado, graduado de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Católica de La Plata en 2001. Realizó el Master en Derecho de la Unión Europea y de la Competencia en la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2004). Su práctica está focalizada en el Comercio Internacional (asesoramiento e intervención en investigaciones de Dumping; y asesoramiento e intervención en conflictos relacionados al MERCOSUR y ante la OMC); Defensa de la Competencia (asesoramiento a empresas pertenecientes a sectores regulados y en libre competencia, Intervención en control previo de fusiones y adquisiciones, e Intervención en denuncias por infracciones a la Ley 25.156); y Comercio Interior (defensa del consumidor, lealtad comercial y competencia desleal). Fue abogado extranjero en el estudio Gómez Acebo & Pombo, en Madrid, España, entre 2002 y 2004. Designado por « Global Chambers » ediciones 2009, 2010 y 2011 como uno de los abogados especialistas en Argentina en materia Antitrust y Antidumping (Band 4). Lawyer. He obtained his degree from the School of Law of La Plata Catholic University in 2001. He attended the Master’s degree in Law of the European Union and Law of Competition at Carlos III University in Madrid (2004). His practice is focused on international trade (advise and intervention in dumping investigations; and advise and intervention in conflicts related to MERCOSUR and before the WTO); fair trading (advise to companies of regulated sectors and on free competition, intervention in previous control of mergers and acquisitions, and intervention in accusations based on the breach of Act 25.156); and domestic trade (consumers rights, fair trading and unfair competition). Between 2002 and 2004, he was a foreign lawyer at the Gómez Acebo & Pombo Law Firm in Madrid, Spain. He was designated by « Global Chambers » years 2009, 2010 and 2011 as one of the Argentine lawyers specialized in Antitrust and Antidumping (Band 4).
